New Delhi – The Indian squad for the Asia Cup cricket tournament has been announced.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has named a 15-member squad for the Asia Cup. Suryakumar Yadav has been appointed as the captain, while Shubman Gill will serve as the vice-captain. The squad also includes Abhishek Sharma, Tilak Varma, Hardik Pandya, Shivam Dube, Axar Patel, Jitesh Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah.

In addition, Arshdeep Singh, Varun Chakravarthy, Kuldeep Yadav, Sanju Samson, Harshit Rana, and Rinku Singh are also part of the 15-member lineup.

The Asia Cup will begin on 9th September in the UAE, with the highly anticipated India vs Pakistan group-stage clash scheduled for 14th September.
