Flood Disasters: I am sure the nation will face the difficulties with courage. President Zardari

President Asif Zardari has expressed regret over the losses caused by floods and rains in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

In a statement, the president expressed sympathy with the affected families and said that he regrets the large-scale loss of farmers’ crops and livestock.

He said that the Sindh government should immediately prepare for a possible major flood. I am sure the Pakistani nation will face the difficulties with courage and determination.

President Zardari further said that like the floods of 2010 and 2022, the nation will emerge victorious this time too; in the hour of trial, the Pakistani armed forces have set a wonderful example of serving the people
