Omar Hayat declared murderer, challan submitted by prosecution branch An important progress has been made in the murder case of teenage TikToker Sana Yousuf, who was shot dead by a boy named Omar Hayat after he refused to befriend her. The police have submitted the challan to the prosecution branch, in which the accused Omar Hayat was declared the murderer.
According to the details, the challan submitted to the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad has declared the young Omar Hayat as the murderer and also includes a reference to the confessional statement under Section 164. Now a two-member prosecution team consisting of Raja Naveed Kayani and Muhammad Adnan will examine the challan.
According to court sources, the challan will be submitted to the court after the scrutiny is completed, after which the trial will be started before the concerned judge.
How did the tradegy unfolded
Sana Yousaf rejected a guy who was texting her again and again on her socials. When she rejected him, he reached her house on her birthday. But she didn’t meet him. Later he came back again to murder her by entering her house.
