
The Pakistan Army’s flood relief operation continues for the seventh consecutive day in the flood-affected areas of Buner, Swat, Shangla, and Swabi.
Pakistan Army Corps of Engineers units are engaged in opening blocked routes and clearing debris in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Army helicopters are delivering food rations and other essential supplies. Affected people are being relocated to safe locations.
The Corps of Engineers’ Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team is actively engaged in locating and rescuing injured individuals and recovering bodies from the debris.
Pakistan Army medical teams are providing free treatment to patients in the affected areas. The Pakistan Army’s rescue mission will continue until the complete rehabilitation and recovery of all flood victims.
